Young Telangana State film director, actor Syed Rafi has set a world record. Rafi has been adjudged as the "Youngest Talent in Filmmaking" who handled maximum crafts, departments. He was named as "Youngest Single Person Handled Maximum Crafts and Departments in Film Making" by Miracles World Records.

Rafi was accredited for Story writing, Screen play writing, Dialogue writing, Lyric writing, Music direction, Singing, Choreography, Fight master, Art Direction, Costume designing, Production designing, Casting director, Dubbing artist, Producer, Director and Actor. Syed Rafi received the certificate by jury members of Miracles World Records.

Rafi hails from Telangana State, Hyderabad from India and is known for films like "Inkennallu". Rafi played instrumental role in forming a body called "Telangana Cinema Chamber of Commerce" in opposition to "AP Film Chamber of Commerce". Rafi is the general secretary of the body.
